Wrist Candy: Totally Bangin' Bangles

When I was a little girl, my grandma would always let me rummage through her jewelry drawer (which, of course, was overflowing with bakelite, lucite, and plastic -- gotta love the 70's!) I forgot how much I enjoyed the clanking of those plastic gems until a chance encounter with the book "Plastic Bangles" by Lyn Tortoriello and Deborah Lyons (2004) -- a stunning pictorial that just happened to be sitting on a friend's coffee table.

With my love of clanking bangles now rekindled, I thought it only fitting to share some of my new faves with Trendinista readers. Some even look good enough to eat. Although, I would strongly advise against that ;)
