Playing dress up with a guinea pig should never include debating which dressing you will use on it for dinner. That is, unless you happen to be taking part in the fashion show segment of the Peruvian Guinea Pig Festival.

I've been to Peru, not during this particular event, but I did see a guinea pig farm and cooked guinea pig on a stick...hmmm.

Alright, no, I'm not: it's kind of cute, and kind of warped, all at the same time.
i love different cultures and everything, but i just do not have the desire to put a cooked guinea pig in my mouth.
I´m peruvian and what people do with their cuys is something traditional, something from our culture. It should not look "funky" or whatever to you... Besides, you should really try fried cuy, it´s very good.
