I'd have to say Yay, at least for my/the longer legged body type. I prefer the higher-waisted ones that look more simple. It looks wonderful with a tight shirt underneath and half-jacket or open cloak. If you get half-boots that open wide at the top or fold half over, perferrably with some sort of buttoning, it's spectacular wear. You can do so much with them. It's definitely a style for people with longer legs and slightly lankier features. More of the model look than something for everyday wear, but it looks great nonetheless.
