When I first laid eyes on Manish Arora's amazing Hindu deity-inspired collection earlier this year, I never expected to see the elephant-headed god Ganesh popping up all over the place come fall '08. Apparently I was incorrect in believing that the lives of elephants were hush hush. (Looks like the Virgin de Guadalupe won't be the only fashionable deity on the runways. It can get pretty lonely at the top!)
