With the average American woman weighing in at 160 (give or take a few pounds), achieving the ideal 'size zero' physique of the average runway model is a pipe dream in and of itself. But for the fuller-figured woman, it's a "don't let the door hit you on the way out" experience. (Remember the chaos Karolina Kurkova's unexpected curves stirred up a few months back? A clear sign that "pinching an inch" isn't welcome in the tents, and most women would kill to have her body!)

This is where Sarah Conley of StyleItOnline.com comes in. At 6'2", wearing a size 26 dress and a size 12 shoe, she's one fashionista who has experienced first hand the sting of phat phobic phashion week.
