French designer Eric Tibusch debuted this questionable look as part of his Fall/Winter 2009-10 collection. Definitely taking a risk (especially for those of us who opt for pants when we've neglected our bikini lines). I just haven't decided what to call it -- the Pant-kini, the Trouser-tard, or maybe you can suggest something better?
