And given the current state of my bank account, I'm fortunate that designers chose these Balmain 'Uma' Zipper Booties (above) to knock off. Of course, none of them have the exact je ne sais quoi of the Balmain boot, but at 80-90% less can you really complain?

frankly speaking, I like the second 'inspiration' bootie more than the original design. Of course, it's not Balmain but still pretty.
