During fashion week this September, I saw makeup artists applying a face cream to all the models before applying their makeup. I noticed how vibrant their skin looked and was dying to know what it was. I asked one of the makeup artists which cream she was applying to her clients and she said it was called Velixa. I went online that night and ordered the Day Lotion and Night Cream. My package arrived quickly and my skin has never looked better. (I know that sounds totally cliche, but if you were standing next to me, you'd want to reach out and pinch my face!)
I've been using the Velixa Day Lotion and Night Cream every day now for two months. The Day Lotion makes a great base for my makeup while protecting my skin during the daytime (not to mention the glow it gives me!) I have incorporated the Night Cream into my nighttime beauty regimen and wake looking totally refreshed. (A great boost for anyone with dreaded 'morning skin' that's dull and lifeless like mine used to be.) Both products are truly irreplaceable and a little goes a long way. I don't usually rave about beauty products (after all, I'm a fashionista first.) But these products are truly multi-purpose gems!According to the girls at fashion week, the products were only available in exclusive salons and spas. But earlier this year, Velixa made them available via their website, Velixa.com. Like their motto says, “Live now. Age later.” And girls, I am ready to live now. (Age, with all of it's wrinkles, fine lines, and sags can wait!)
